1. Mix the Asian garlic sauce in bottom of Crockpot: soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, black bean sauce, white sugar, garlic, and cornstarch.
2. Place sliced onion in sauce, then put four frozen chicken breasts over the onions
3. Top with fresh mushrooms, and near the end of cooking, add frozen green beans or sliced red bell pepper.
4. Cook 8 hours on low, and serve over rice.
