Crockpot Spaghetti Bolognese

1.  Cook diced onion, garlic, and defrosted extra lean ground beef or turkey for one hour on high in the Crockpot, breaking up the meat every so often.  Add salt and pepper.
2.  Add tomato paste, diced tomatoes, Italian spices, and red wine vinegar.
3.  Cook 6-8 hours on low, and serve over spaghetti with parmesan cheese.
