Sunday Sweets: Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

The best part about these is that they are low in fat, but the texture and flavor is superb.

Combine:

1 box spice cake mix, 1 can pumpkin, and 1 egg.  Fold in 1 bag chocolate chips.

Fill greased muffin tin three-quarters full of batter, and bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes, or until firm.

Makes 12.  As an alternative, this recipe makes about 24 drop cookies.
