1. Spread one pound of defrosted extra lean ground beef in bottom of Crockpot. Break it up a bit.
2. Pour one can of Manwich sauce over the meat.
3. Cook 6-8 hours on low, mix it up, and serve it on buns.
The Crockpot makes the ground beef extremely tender, so it loses all the firmness and chewiness that most are used to with pan-fried ground beef. Still fantastic, though.
