Crockpot Pasta Primavera

1.  In Crockpot, cook frozen chicken breasts, sliced onions, canned Italian diced tomatoes, tri-color bell peppers, balsamic vinegar, and S&P on low for 8 hours.
2.  Add fresh chopped spinach at the end when it is somewhat cooled.
3.  Toss with spaghetti and serve with mozzarella or parmesan cheese.
