Crockpot Mushroom Chicken

1.  In Crockpot, combine sauce ingredients: soy sauce, sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, ginger, cornstarch.  Optional to add sliced onions.
2.  Add 4 frozen chicken breasts, sliced zucchini, and mushrooms.
3.  Cook on low for 8 hours, break up chicken, and serve over rice.
