Crockpot Curry Chicken

1.  Place frozen chicken breasts in the bottom of a Crockpot.
2.  Add the following: diced Yukon gold potatoes, diced sweet potato (or butternut squash, if you are Mr. Sillypants), carrots, and onions.  For savory curry, add a can of diced tomatoes.  For sweet curry, add a diced tart apple.
3.  Add the spices: curry, ginger, cinnamon, bouillon, red pepper flakes, S&P.
4.  Cook on low for 6-8 hours.  Add a bit of half & half or plain yogurt at the end and serve over rice.
