Carolina Cole Slaw

Chop or shred 1/4 to 1/2 head of green cabbage, or combine green and purple.  Shred one or two carrots into the cabbage.  Mix with mayonnaise, salt, and add a tablespoon of sugar.  That's it!

If you want, you can add pepper, lemon juice, or vinegar, but it's really not necessary.
