This was my favorite thing to make in college. A large pot of it would last me several days. It had a lot of texture by the various beans, and especially corn. You can add chicken if you want, but it doesn't need it.
1 can kidney beans
1 can garbanzo beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can corn
1-2 cans tomato sauce
1 small chopped onion
1 chopped green or red pepper (or both!)
1 packet taco seasoning
Simmer in crockpot. This is so good!
