The smokiness of the canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce make this dish especially appetizing. I really recommend S&W Carribean Style Black Beans because they automatically incorporate a sauce, onions, and bell peppers into the dish. If you use regular black beans, add the aforementioned diced vegetables to your chili.
3 cans S&W Carribean Style Black Beans (you can leave out red & green bell peppers and onions)
2 chiles in adobo sauce, de-seeded and diced
2 small cans diced green chiles
1/2 can yellow corn
1/2 can white corn
2 small cans turkey
Serve with cheese and sour cream.
