Crockpot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Similar to the dip discussed in the Spinach Solutions post, here is a very easy and tasty dip for the Crockpot.

1.  Put a whole bag of spinach in your Crockpot, then add a drained can of artichoke hearts.
2.  Mix in any amount of the following: mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
3.  Take some scissors to the spinach and chop it up a bit, then give a few more stirs to the mixture.
4.  Cook 4-6 hours on low, then drain the excess moisture with several paper towels before serving.
