Crockpot Hot Sausage Dip

I first tried this dip at a company holiday potluck, and have since made it for every training and workshop I host.  Mr. Sillypants always looks forward to leftovers, but there rarely are any!

1.  In a Crockpot, combine two rolls of mild breakfast sausage, two cans of diced tomatoes with green chiles, and two blocks of cream cheese.
2.  Cook for about 2 hours on low, then use a spoon or spatula to break up the simmering sausage into very small pieces.  Stir ingredients together well.
3.  Replace lid and simmer for several more hours.  Once the sausage is all broken up, and the ingredients have all combined well, this dip is fantastic with Tostitos Scoops.
