Welcome to Alimentation Station, where the practical and gourmet meet at a harmonious crossroads! Pronounce it like the French: ah-lee-moh-tah-see-OHn , stah-see-OHn!
We are friends who enjoy discovering the fun of food as we feed our families on a budget, while still experimenting with new ingredient combinations. We enjoy discussing the foods that inspire us every day, and the basic elements that created them.
We rarely follow exact measurements when cooking. We like to mess with recipes. A pinch of this, a handful of that! Basically, don't take our ingredient measurements too seriously. We believe that people who truly enjoy being in the kitchen tend to follow their nose, anyway. Bienvenus, and bon appetit!
