1. In a Crockpot, combine stew meat or stir fry steak, and broccoli florets. Either can be fresh or frozen.
2. Add sauce ingredients: soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch. Sesame oil and lemon juice are also good. Not too much cornstarch, or it will thicken into jelly...about 1 or 2 tablespoons.
3. Cook 6-8 hours on low, and serve over rice.
