1. In a Crockpot, combine sauce ingredients: orange juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, white vinegar, cornstarch, ginger, red pepper flakes, and S&P. Depending on your slow cooker, you may need to add extra corn starch to thicken it. Sesame oil is also a great ingredient to add.
2. Place sliced onions and frozen chicken breasts in the crock, and mix everything up a bit.
3. I also like to place slices of orange right on top of everything for the slow cooking process. The rind infuses the chicken with a great flavor.
4. Cook 6-8 hours on high, and serve over rice with a steamed microwave vegetable.
