1. In the bottom of a Crockpot, pour in a box of stuffing, and add dried cranberries and diced apples.
2. Place two to three Cornish game hens on top of stuffing, and add S&P and sage.
3. Wrap some baby carrots in foil with a touch of orange juice and place on top of hens.
4. Cook for 8 hours on low. The stuffing will absorb the juices from the hens and fluff up, while the carrots will steam in the foil packets.
