Crockpot Cauliflower Soup

Golden Grahams gave me a similar recipe awhile ago.  She tried it out on my little cousins and was thrilled when one of the picky eaters gobbled up two bowls!

1.  In a Crockpot, combine one chopped onion, one grated or diced carrot, and one head of cauliflower chopped into small pieces. 
2.  Add S&P, bouillon, and enough water to cover just under half the vegetables.
3.  Cook 6-8 hours on low, add cheddar cheese, then add fat free half & half until you reach desired creaminess and consistency.
