Crockpot Asian Citrus Salmon

1.  Place frozen salmon fillets in the bottom of the Crockpot.
2.  Top with the following: soy sauce, ginger, bit of garlic, brown sugar, and orange slices.
3.  Cook 3 hours or so on low.  Fish cooks quickly, but all Crockpots are different.  Serve with rice and microwave steamed veggie.
