Crockpot Apricot Chicken

1.  In a Crockpot, place 6 frozen chicken breasts over a sliced onion.
2.  Add sauce ingredients: jar of apricot preserves, any kind of vinegar, soy sauce, mustard powder, ginger powder, and red pepper flakes.
3.  Cook 6-8 hours on low.  Serve with rice and microwave steamed veggie.
