1. In a Crockpot, combine four frozen chicken breasts, cubed low-fat cream cheese, mild green chilis, and a jar of salsa. Optional to add: black beans and white corn, but these will make it more like a chili.
2. Cook 6-8 hours on low, gently blend cream cheese and salsa, and serve with tortilla chips, tortillas, rice, beans, corn, or a combination of several sides.
